Description
The basic concepts of international law and trade are presented to enable students to assist in private practice and the courts. The rules and regulations affecting import of goods into the United States, the various forms and documentation necessary for handling Customs matters, import and export of goods, forfeiture and seizure of goods, trade practices and agreements, and the judicial procedure followed in the review of matters involving international law.
