"This course introduces the paralegal student to the Immigration and Nationality Act and the specialized technical vocabulary used in this area. Students will learn to prepare the forms, documents and schedules most commonly used in immigration proceedings. Emphasis will be placed on developing communication and investigative skills necessary to obtain correct information from the client in preparing applications."
