Students are introduced to the process required to develop and manage five types of real estate products: land, residential, office, industrial, and retail uses. Focusing on small-scale projects, student will learn practical methods for developing each major type of real estate, including feasibility analysis, design and construction, financing, marketing, and management. Photos, site plans, diagrams, and case studies provide examples of actual projects and how the process works.
