Builds on the concepts developed in Fundamentals of Construction Management to give a thorough understanding of the current practices for planning, documenting, managing, and analyzing construction projects. Topics covered include planning, site logistics, and construction sequencing. Students use industry standard computer scheduling software in preparing Critical Path Method (CPM) project schedules for a variety of project types.
